The doctors and nurses were very helpful here - they didn't insist on doing unnecessary tests and were very compassionate and attentive. They listened to me when I explained the problem I was having and didn't over-treat me like many hospitals do.

I was just discharged from the icu and I cannot say enough about the staff and how wonderful they were to me ❤❤ from the housekeeping and food services to the direct care from the wonderful nursing staff. Thank you so much for taking care of me and making a scary situation so much easier to get through. God bless you all ❤

It was a year ago today that I had a fall in downtown Chippewa Falls resulting in two broken arms and a broken nose. The St. Joseph's ER staff, OR staff, Orthopedic staff, Nursing teams and the Cafeteria personnel who cut my food into little pieces because I could barely use a fork and knife were all awesome, professional, kind and generous of heart to this Canadian. Everyone took care of me like I was family and I was very impressed with the follow up calls to see how I was doing long after I returned home. I wish everyone at St. Joseph's all the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of me in my greatest time of need.

I’ve recently had several visits at the ER due to multiple falls my grandmother has had. She has late stages of Dementia and to say she can be difficult because she doesn’t understand is an understatement. The staff were so good with her. They spoke to her in a soothing voice, tried to explain what they were doing and they were gentle. I’m quite protective of my grandmother and so was the ER staff. They did the adequate tests. They explained results and options. They were kind and emphatic towards me. They fed her while we waited for ride share to pick her up in the wheelchair and they called and arranged it. Recently I was not able to be in the ER and the nurse called me several times with updates as well as results and when she was discharging. That was amazing because I had to trust she was in good hands. They took care of her in the ER as well as me from a distance. I will continue to work with St. Joes and I feel confident in the staff that work there.

I had surgery at Saint Joe's last month. I had wonderful care and really appreciated this smaller town hospital. The doctors and nurses were very attentive to all my needs and I had an overall great experience. I would recommend to all my family and friends and would not hesitate to have future procedures done there.
