I had three major eye surgeries at this hospital and was treated extremely well. All three surgeries were very successful and the doctors and nurses were wonderful! Dr. John Carter did my surgery and I recommend him highly! They saved my eyesight and I am extremely grateful!

The ER is unbelievable with the wait time, but once I got out of the er and into my own room, it was amazing. Doctor Boyd helped me through the surgery of getting my appendix removed and Abbey (one of my night nurses with the glasses) was really funny and had the best beside manners. Although I feel like the techs who come in to get blood work late night don't have good bedside manners as one couldn't get blood from my arm and the other apparently missed a vein in my hand..... How the heck do you miss the vein? Overall, it was alright.

Really nice hospital. Very clean and plenty of staff. Security is tight around the hospital which makes it safe. Most of negative remarks are from people trying to violate HIPPA laws or from people who think they know what’s best. If patients family knows what is best then why don’t they start their own hospital. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up!!!!!

Would highly recommend Winchester Medical Center! They were able to provide sleeping area for my wife as well as we traveled from western Maryland.
