Had to bring my father-in-law to the emergency room here. The receptionist was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. She would tell people that she could not help them because she was alone at the desk. I was in the waiting area and she had even yelled at a couple of people because they were trying to get to the back to be with family. One man had been waiting for over 20 mins for an escort to his wife’s room. When he would as the receptionist how much longer she would yell at him that he would just have to wait. She would not take the time to call anyone. I am still rating 3 starts because the nurses in the back area were amazing. They showed that care for the patients and really wanted to help. My father-in-law has some medical problems and I bring him here because we always get amazing service. Please see that your receptionist get some kind of customer service training, so they know how to treat people.

I had to go in to surgery January 2, 2017. I was in ICU overnight, then moved to my room. I was in the hospital for 10 days and was treated so well and with so much care. The nurses are the true angels! They were kind and patient with my questions and concerns. They made all of the necessary appointments with a visiting home nurse, because I still had a port in my arm, and needed medications multiple times a day. My follow up care was superlative. Leave your worries behind, they will take excellent care of you!

Normally I don’t do reviews but I am just Soooo satisfied with the service that was provided for me here. I am actually Currently a patient in Labor and Delivery - Every nurse and doctor I’ve came in contact with at this hospital has made sure I was comfortable, understood everything that was happening and kept me updated with any new info. By far the best hospital I’ve ever been to.

I love the care I receive here, not only because it's my place of employment, but as an employee, you see what it takes to work in a large hospital. You understand both sides. I was diagnosed with SLE in 2010 and I see multiple specialties regularly and my team is wonderful. I was hospitalized twice in the last seven years and my care both times was what I expected. My mom had 12 hour brain surgery in 2016 and the staff that assisted in her care were excellent, especially the nurses. Every institution will have certain aspects you may not like and that's life. No one hospital system is perfect, but I feel Scott and White strives to get better. That's why they ask for feedback. If you want improvement, then fill out the survey!

Scott and White is a great trauma center. I've had good and bad experiences here. My kid's used them til they got out of pediatrics and use it some as an adult. I hate that you get billed twice for everything. Even if you go to the clinic you still get charged for hospital services because they are part of the hospital center. I love that there is a feeding tube clinic. The first one that I've heard of. The icu is great. There is valet and handicapped parking. Lots of space all around the hospital except in the back by the stc area due to construction. Most drs are compassionate as they should be.

Excellent hospital, but it's hard to find personnel to direct you to the right area - and it is huge! I spent a very long time lost there, 1st in the parking lot & then inside the building. The nurses are simply wonderful, very attentive to the patient and even willing to go out of the way to accommodate family of the patient. Very supportive overall at a very stressful time.

I have had bad experiences before but not this time. The nurses and CNA s were great. Professional, humor and going the extra mile. So patient and understanding. I was in 6 North. I wish I could remember all the names. Very good to my family too. I can't say enough of how grateful I am.

Nursing and care staff are professional and very competent. The doctors are knowledgeable and skilled. I was transferred to the medical wing from E.R. and spent days there. I was diagnosed with influenza A and migraine. They thought i might have had a stroke and did all the tests necessary to rule that out. The food is the only thing I could complain about. But think about how many people they serve!
