Excellent hospital but sometimes rude staff

Writing, not as a patient but as the spouse of a patient. The staff was very caring & helped her very much. It was a difficult time & that is a factor that should be considered but overall, we both were glad she was here at Zucker.

Great cats and dogs to adopt here, found my best friend today. Pearl and I give this place two paws up. Also they offer flu shots here, turns out they’re in my HMO. Wow what a whirlwind!

Caring medical professionals who go out of their way to help. They made sure my mom could get a stay at the Ronald McDonald house attached to the hospital since she was flying in from out of town and already frazzled by the medical issues facing our family. Thank you to the staff!

My doctor there was a bit disconcerting; they was fairly anxious whenever I talked to them and was misinformed about the disorder I have, which I am now in the process of getting a correct diagnosis for. The staff were either amazing or horrible, with no inbetween. It was pretty boring there and I cant lie and say it didnt make me worse at first. It isnt the best place to get therapy, although that depends on you personally, but it did serve its purpose in keeping me alive. The only alarming thing is that one girl now suffers from nightmares as a result of how she was treated by the people there. She was strapped down in a gurney by 8 men who injured her arm in the process.
