I like most of the people there and think the program is a great step towards sober living however I do have one problem with this place that has on a daily basis caused issues for me and that is the kid who sits up front who does check ins, I find he's always in a miserable mood causing him to constantly say no to any request I may have ( which really sucks considering he's the one who decides if you can go up in dosage, how long you waiy, etc.) I do like this place but If you're planning to start coming here prepare for this, he doesn't pick and choose everyone is a waste of time to him.

They offer an amazing service for those who are looking to change their lives and can be committed 100% to the process. The hardest part is taking that first step, and the initial process to get stabilized. After that, do your part and keep up the hard work to recovery.

The counselor I spoke to is super awesome, as are the rest of the staff. If you're looking for intake plan to be there at 5 in the morning you have to be one of the first 10 people to be taken in that day and bring something to drink and snacks make sure you're well fed before you go cuz you'll be there till at least 10 or 11 sometimes later depending on how many people are there and what time you got there. If you're like me, and can't get your regular pain Rx anymore, and are looking to use methadone to treat your pain, this is not the clinic to do that, even though it comes up in a Google Search for pain management. Just saying.

I’ve been going here a year and every one is very nice, and you are in and out pretty quickly. Shouldn’t have any problems here as long as you are respectful and follow the rules. I’m so glad I came here it’s changed my life completely.

Great place to guest dose in Vegas. They had my paperwork and dose in 20 minutes. It's real laid back. Not like the prison like atmosphere of my PA clinic. Highly recommend this clinic

I've been going here for almost 3 years. The nursing staff rocks.counseling is up and down but getting better.feels like the owner is listening to the clientele more.the decor of the place has gone through a huge over hall and looks more professional and feels like it as well. I feel like a standard still needs to be set across the board for take home privileges and when you get them as well as when they get taken.this way everyone knows and understands the importance of staying clean you also are rewarded for.having all your bi- weekly take homes removed for one slip in 2years is not fair then having 5 or 6 in a row clean ua's should mean something rite.???? Having an advocate like the counselor is what they are partly there for right?? Just my opinions.hope that anyone that wants to obtain a life lived without searching for pills or heroin get down here and allow them to assist you in finding a dose that will make you a productive member of society which we all obtain to want right? Good luck and God bless.and thank you new beginnings for being there and helping us all to try to achieve or maintain a sober living.
