I will say the Drs here have helped my son get on the right meds but the discharge is God awful! When other reviews say it'll take more than an hour, they ain't lying! They told me my son would be ready to go out the door at 2pm, it is now 3:30pm & he's still not discharged!! Either arrive 2hrs after they tell you to be here or prepare to wait the 2hrs! They really do need to get their stuff together!

No idea what all the negative reviews are about. My daughter entered voluntarily (maybe that’s the key?) and has had no problems. Doctor saw her as scheduled, no delays. She likes the group sessions and the food. Not all the staff have great manners or an advanced education but they are there as security guards and dealing with rough customers, so they are a little impersonal. That’s to be expected unfortunately. Have not asked her about mold as was noted in another comment so we will ask her at next visit.

I had considered hospitalization more than once but this is where the VA sent me when I finally bit the bullet and did it. Only 4.5 days and I feel so much better. Obviously there is still work for me to do to be "better" but I'm. accomplishing things and I feel like a human being and not an empty shell. Reviews from people who didn't receive care themselves or aren't interested in the work required to improve their own mental health are bogus.
